Exchange & Upgrade

At Caratone, we want your jewelry to feel perfectly yours. If you’d like to make a change, we offer flexible options for exchange and future upgrades.

Exchanges:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unworn, intact, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.
Custom-sized or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Upgrades:
Your Carat One jewelry can grow with you. If you wish to upgrade your piece in the future, we offer a seamless upgrade program where the value of your original item (after inspection) can be credited towards a new design or a higher-value piece.

Conditions:
– Pieces must pass a quality check to be eligible.
– Any price difference for upgrades will be borne by the customer.
– Shipping charges for exchanges or upgrades are additional.
